Bucket List for March

march

I have been thinking about what I want to achieve over the months to come, not just for my blog but also my personal family life, and after having read a few other Blogger’s Bucket Lists and a little nudge from the lovely Claire over at The Pramshed, I have decided to start completing a monthly Bucket List.

So here is my (short) list for the month of March:

  • Reach 1000 followers on Twitter, I never used to fully understand or like Twitter but I am now a huge fan. It is such a wonderful place to communicate with other like minded people and I have spoken to so many other helpful, friendly and wonderful bloggers just through the world of Twitter alone.
  • Plan a much needed Date Night for the Hubby and I, first I need to arrange for someone crazy enough to look after our two littles for a few hours- Anyone want to volunteer?
  • Take our girls swimming, Toddler hasn’t been swimming for probably a year now and Tiny Tot is yet to go, so I think this is the month to get them both in the water.
  • Have a play around with the look of my blog and ask other Bloggers for advice and tips on what to have and not to have.

Have you got any plans for the month ahead?

  1. Love this list, I hope you reach 1000 Twitter followers soon! I find the Twitter platform so valuable to chatting to other bloggers and promoting my blog too. Date night sounds great too, we are a while off this yet until our little one decides she can sleep for more than 2 hours at a time. Thanks for the little mention too. Claire x #MonthlyBucketList

    1. Thank you lovely, I’m nearly at 700 now so fingers crossed 🙂 Oh goodness, I hope your little one extends her sleep for you soon, we went through a rough patch with our eldest a little while ago but she seems to be out the other side now. And you’re very welcome for the mention, I probably wouldn’t have set myself some goals without your comment 🙂 x

  2. Great list! You have motivated me to take my toddler swimming this weekend, it’s been too long! Hubby and I had our first date night in months last week and it was amazing to have an adult only evening.

I am trying to grow my twitter followers too if your willing to share any strategies I would love to hear them. My goals are a little less than yours at the moment 😊

Best of luck reaching you March goals!

    1. Thank you lovely, and I hope you manage to get out to the pool this weekend 🙂 I’ve mainly grown my followers by joining in with lots of linkies and lots of retweeting and commenting. Being friendly and approachable is definitely the key in the Twitter world 🙂 x

  3. Great list! I was the same with Twitter when I first started. Now, I am hocked! lol! Hope the swimming is going well. My Evelyn (23 months) goes for a half hour once a week since she was one year old and she is still not kicking – she just love floating too much! haha #TheList

    1. Thank you, we have yet to go swimming this month, I’m hoping to go on Friday. Our toddler used to love swimming and I feel so bad that she’s hasn’t been for nearly a year. Fingers crossed she still loves it now 🙂 Evelyn sounds adorable! She must like the relaxed feeling of floating 🙂 Thanks for reading x
